You are correct, they have added the final 3 episodes to season 4.

Tonight's (and next week's season or series finale) episodes are missing from this "complete season 3." Perhaps you meant to title it "Heroes Season 3 Complete Except For The Two Most Important Episodes And Including A Couple Of Nuked Releases"

Heroes.S03E18.HDTV.XviD-0TV.avi was nuked for missing dialog at 35:08.

Heroes.S03E22.HDTV.XviD-0TV was nuked for being out of sync and having a bad AR, and their repack was nuked for a signal drop at 2:53.
